Orders, Shipping & Tracking
All CloudOp Nutrition orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center. This helps keep shipping times fast and predictable for U.S. customers.
Most orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 2–4 business days
(Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Transit times depend on the shipping method you choose and your location. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your package leaves our warehouse, but carriers may experience delays during peak seasons or due to weather and other issues outside our control.
We plan to expand internationally. If your country is available at checkout, we can ship to you. Please note:
- You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by your country’s customs office.
- Once a package has left our warehouse and is in transit or held by customs, we have limited ability to intervene.
Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email (and/or SMS if selected) with your tracking information so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
If your package is marked delivered but you don’t have it:
- Double-check with family members, neighbors, leasing offices, or front desks.
- Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- If you still can’t locate it, contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your CloudOp products. We generally accept returns on unopened and unused items within a limited window from the date of delivery (see our Shipping & Returns page for full details).
- Products must be in original packaging and in resellable condition.
- Certain items (e.g., accessories, limited drops, or promotional items) may be final sale and not eligible for return.
- Original shipping charges are typically non-refundable.
Please email support@cloudopnutrition.com with your order number and what you’d like to return. Our team will walk you through the process, including where to send your product and any applicable instructions.
At this time, international orders may have limited return options due to customs and shipping costs. Please see our Shipping & Returns page or contact support for case-by-case assistance.
Products, Quality & Safety
Our products are manufactured in the United States in certified GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) facilities that follow strict quality and safety standards.
Yes. We use third-party testing to help verify identity, purity, potency, and composition so that what’s on the label is what’s in the product.
Dietary supplements themselves are not “approved” by the FDA. However, they are regulated, and we manufacture our products in facilities that comply with FDA regulations and cGMP standards.
CloudOp Nutrition products are formulated for healthy adults 18+. If you’re under 18, pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication, talk to your healthcare provider before using any dietary supplement.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, always consult your doctor or healthcare professional before taking any supplement. For safety, we do not make individual recommendations for these situations.
Some products may contain or be produced in facilities that also process common allergens, including milk, soy, wheat (gluten), eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts.
- Always read the Supplement Facts and Allergen statements on each product page and label.
- If you have a severe allergy, consult your healthcare provider before use and reach out to support@cloudopnutrition.com with any specific ingredient questions.
We’ll clearly label vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options on the product pages wherever applicable.
- Some formulas may be fully vegan (e.g., plant-based protein or superfoods).
- Others may contain dairy or other non-vegan ingredients.

Using CloudOp Products
Usage can vary by product and your goals, but general examples might include:
- Protein: Post-workout, between meals, or whenever you need a convenient, high-quality protein source.
- Greens / superfoods: Once daily, with or without food (check the label for the recommended serving).
- Pre-workout (if offered): Typically 20–30 minutes before training.
Always follow the serving instructions on the label and do not exceed recommended daily servings.
Most foundational supplements (like protein or greens) do not require cycling. For products that contain stimulants like caffeine (e.g., certain pre-workouts), some people choose to:
- Limit total daily caffeine intake
- Take occasional breaks to help maintain sensitivity
Check the label for total caffeine per serving and consult your doctor if you’re unsure what’s appropriate for you.
Yes. Our core products (such as protein and daily greens) are designed to fit into a healthy lifestyle whether you’re just starting or advanced. More specialized products (like high-stim pre-workouts, if applicable) are best used by experienced users who understand their caffeine tolerance.
Ingredients & Label Info
We believe in fully transparent labels—no hidden blends. Each product page and label lists:
- Full Supplement Facts
- Exact amounts of each active ingredient
- Allergen statements and any key certifications (vegan, gluten-free, etc.)
Our products are formulated without ingredients that are commonly flagged as banned or pro-hormonal. However, athletes subject to drug testing should always:
- Review ingredient lists carefully
- Check with their coach, athletic organization, or healthcare provider before use

Discounts, Subscriptions & Retail
We occasionally run promotions, giveaways, and influencer codes. The best way to hear about these is to:
- Join our email list
- Follow us on social (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Only one discount code can typically be used per order, and codes are not always valid on sale or limited-release items.
Once an order is placed, we’re usually unable to adjust or add discount codes retroactively. Please double-check that your code is applied before checking out.
CloudOp Nutrition is launching online first. As we grow into retail, we’ll add a Store Locator or list partner retailers on our website. If you’d like to see CloudOp in your local supplement store, ask them to reach out to us!
