Loyalty & Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

These Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") govern your participation in the CloudOp Nutrition Loyalty Program ("Program"). By enrolling, earning or redeeming rewards, you agree to be bound by these Terms.



1. Overview of the Program

1.1 Purpose. The CloudOp Nutrition Loyalty Program is designed to reward customers for purchases, engagement, referrals, and other eligible actions. Through the Program, members may accrue "Points" which can be redeemed for discounts, free products, and/or other benefits ("Rewards").

1.2 Program Participation. Participation in the Program is voluntary. Eligible customers who opt in become "Members."

1.3 Changes. CloudOp Nutrition reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program — including earning rates, Rewards, tiers, or Terms — at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modifications.



2. Eligibility & Membership

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid CloudOp Nutrition account to join the Program.

2.2 Membership is personal, non-transferable, and limited to one account per individual. Team accounts, reseller accounts or third-party accounts are not eligible unless explicitly approved by CloudOp Nutrition.

2.3 CloudOp Nutrition may refuse or cancel Membership or Points for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.



3. Earning Points

3.1 Eligible Activities. Unless otherwise specified, you may earn Points for activities including:

  • Purchases of eligible products through CloudOp Nutrition's official website
  • Referral of new customers (if referral program is active)
  • Occasional promotional activities (reviews, newsletter sign-ups, social media engagement, as announced)

3.2 Points Value.

  • Points are awarded based on a "points per dollar spent" rate (or other rate for non-purchase activities) — defined by CloudOp Nutrition at the time of earning.
  • Promotional multipliers (e.g. double-points events, holiday bonus, tier bonuses) may apply at CloudOp Nutrition's discretion.

3.3 Point Credit Timing. Points from qualifying purchases will be credited once the purchase completes and is no longer eligible for return or refund (i.e. after return window closes or product is confirmed non-returnable).



4. Redeeming Points & Rewards

4.1 Redemption Options. Points may be redeemed for defined Rewards (e.g. discounts, free products) via the CloudOp Nutrition website or other official channels when redemption is offered.

4.2 Redemption Value & Minimums. Redemption value, minimum point thresholds, and eligible products or exclusions will be specified at the time of redemption. CloudOp Nutrition reserves the right to change redemption terms at any time.

4.3 No Cash Value / Non-Convertibility. Points are not cash, cannot be transferred, sold, combined with other accounts, or redeemed for cash. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other benefits except as explicitly stated.

4.4 Expiration & Forfeiture. If you do not redeem your Points upon accrual, and if your account is closed, inactive, or terminated, your Points and associated Rewards may be forfeited.



5. Tiered Membership & Perks (Optional)

If CloudOp chooses to implement a tier structure (e.g. Silver / Gold / Platinum), the following rules apply:

5.1 Tiers are based on cumulative Points, total spend, or other criteria defined by CloudOp.

5.2 Tier-specific perks (e.g. point multipliers, free shipping, early access to product drops, exclusive discounts) can vary by tier and may change or be removed at any time.

5.3 Tier status can be reviewed periodically (e.g. annually). If tier thresholds are not maintained, CloudOp may downgrade Members to a lower tier.



6. Exclusions, Limitations & Termination

6.1 Exclusions. The following are excluded from earning or redeeming Points/Rewards unless explicitly stated: products purchased via third-party retailers, resellers or marketplaces; sale/clearance items (unless permitted); returns or refunds; purchases made with points redemption (i.e. you don't earn on discounted orders after point-redemption) — unless stated otherwise.

6.2 Fraud & Abuse. CloudOp Nutrition reserves the right to void Points, cancel Memberships, or ban users for fraud, manipulation, reselling, or other prohibited conduct.

6.3 Non-Transferable. Points or Rewards cannot be transferred between accounts or used by anyone other than the Member who earned them.

6.4 No Guarantee of Rewards. Redeeming Points for a specific Reward (product, discount, etc.) does not guarantee availability — supply, inventory, or other constraints may prevent fulfillment.

6.5 Termination. Members may terminate participation at any time. CloudOp may suspend or terminate participation at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, unused Points or pending Rewards are forfeited.



7. Data Use & Privacy

Participation in the Program requires CloudOp Nutrition to collect and process certain personal information (e.g. name, email, orders, points balance). The use and handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By participating in the Program, you consent to such data processing.



8. Amendments & Updates

CloudOp Nutrition may update or change these Terms at any time. Revisions will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.



9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to CloudOp Nutrition's registration jurisdiction (State of Texas, USA). Any dispute arising from or related to the Program shall be resolved under the dispute resolution provisions in CloudOp Nutrition's main Terms of Use (e.g. arbitration clause, class-action waiver, if applicable).
