Shipping Information
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods such as product launches, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Times & Tracking
Shipping timelines vary by location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected carrier. At times, CloudOp Nutrition may offer free shipping promotions or order thresholds.
Order Changes & Cancellations
To ensure fast fulfillment, we’re unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been processed or shipped. Please review your order details carefully before checkout.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident in every CloudOp purchase. If you need to request a return, please review the guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging.
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return (for safety and quality reasons).
- Purchases made through third-party retailers must be returned through the original retailer.
How to Start a Return
Email our support team with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear after processing.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows Delivered but you haven’t received your order, please check around your delivery location (front desk, mailroom, leasing office, neighbors, or other safe drop areas). Carriers occasionally mark packages delivered slightly early, and they may arrive within 24 hours.
If you still can’t locate your package, email support@cloudopnutrition.com within 5 days of the delivery scan with your order number.
We’ll help you verify tracking details and recommend next steps, including carrier support when appropriate.
Because delivery is confirmed by the carrier, replacement requests for delivered shipments are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale on the product page or at checkout are not eligible for return or refund.
